REGISTRATION
To register, please click here.
The registration fee is set at CAD $160 ($190 after May 15) and $90 for students ($120 after May 15); there is also a single-day rate ($100 or $60). Please note that while the early registration rates will not show up on your screen initially, the discount will be applied automatically upon checkout.
ACCOMMODATION
Because our conference dates coincide with one of the FIFA World Cup matches in Toronto, many hotels in the city are applying surge rates, which can be exorbitant. If you want to stay at a hotel, we advise you to book early.
There are still single and double rooms available at one of the student residences in Victoria College (a five-minute walk from the Faculty of Music, where the conference takes place) for the nights of the 24th, 25th, and 26th. The rates are CAD $106.20 plus HST per night for a single room and $143.20 plus HST per night for a double room. Rates include breakfast and Wi-Fi.
To book, visit https://www.vicu.utoronto.ca/hospitality-services/accommodation-and-parking/summer-accommodation/summer-accommodation-form; when making your reservation, please indicate that you belong to the 19th-century music conference group.
